Wyoming Breast Cancer Initiative

Program Brochure & Donor Messaging

Brought clarity to Wyoming’s cancer prevention mission by connecting early detection messaging with actionable ways to give and get involved

Wyoming Breast Cancer Initiative needed a brochure that could do multiple jobs at once: educate about the importance of early detection, promote the annual Pink Ribbon Run, and drive donations to two distinct funds serving different populations.

The challenge was making complex program distinctions clear—Community Fund versus Voucher Program—while balancing urgency with hope.

As copywriter, I developed messaging anchored in a simple truth: everyone deserves a fair shot at beating breast cancer.

The brochure explained how WBCI delivers screenings, education, and support directly to women across Wyoming's vast geography, then gave readers clear pathways to help, whether through running, donating to general programs, or supporting uninsured neighbors. The result was a cohesive piece that helped generate momentum.
